Nutella Cupcakes

Prep Time | Cook Time | Serves 24


1. Preheat oven to 325F. Line muffin tin with paper liners. 2. Cream together butter and sugar for two minutes, until light. 3. Add eggs in one at a time, until incorporated. Dont worry if the batter doesnt look smooth. 4. Add vanilla. 5. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder until the batter is uniform and no flour remains. 6. Using an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin with batter three-quarters full. Top each cupcake with 1 1/2 t Nutella. Swirl Nutella with a toothpick, making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the Nutella. 7. Bake for 20 minutes. 8. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

1 stick of butter 1 1/2 c sugar 6 eggs 1 t vanilla 3 1/2 c all-purpose flour 1/2 t salt 4 t baking powder 2/3 c Nutella (approx.)
