WARRANTY RETURNS
Technical Services would like to make the Warranty Return Process more efficient so your Warranty Claim can be verified and processed in the least amount of time. To process your Warranty Claim and verify other key information, both the Maintenance Report (three pages) and the Event Log (one page) must be included with the returned item. If all four pages are not included with a Warranty Claim, credit will be declined. Refer to the Maintenance Mode, Section 1-3 of the Service Manual for instructions on printing these reports.
The Long Life Components included with the original printer carry a warranty for a period of three years or 100,000 prints, whichever first occurs. Replacement Long Life Components installed as a result of a warranty claim are covered until the end of the original 3 year 100,000 print warranty.
