Important Reservation Information
Passport and Visa: Please ensure that your passport (obtained at your own expense) is valid for at least six months beyond intended visit and contains at least 2 blank facing pages. You will be refused entry into South Africa if these conditions are not met. No visa is required for US citizens to enter South Africa or Botswana. Visas for Zimbabwe can be obtained at the airport upon arrival and/or at the border post upon entry into the respective country. Immunizations & Malaria: No Shots are necessary. Malaria prevention treatment is strongly advised if traveling to a malaria area. Please see your doctor or your local international travel clinic before traveling. For medical information call U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) 404 332-4559 or log onto www.cdc.gov/travel. Airfare/Flights: If you would like Ntaba Tours to book air tickets, then please provide your full name as it appears in your passport. Seating requests are applicable to intercontinental flights only. Seating requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change. Bulkhead and exit row seats cannot be pre-assigned. Special meals, if applicable, must be specified with registration. Airline cancellation policies and penalties are applicable. Payment Terms for Tours: Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the tour is due with a completed registration to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed once Ntaba Tours has received a signed reservation form and the check for the deposit has been cleared. Please make your checks payable to Ntaba Tours. Returned checks will incur a $30.00 penalty fee. By providing your credit card details and signature on the Registration Form, you are authorizing Ntaba Tours to charge your credit card with the applicable amount for your trip. If members of your party wish to pay separately, complete the reservation process for each passenger who should be billed separately. Be sure to enter all names as they appear (or will appear) on your passports, including middle initials. The Second Payment of 30% of the total cost of the tour is due 4 months prior to departure date. Final Payments: The balance of the payment is due 2 months prior to departure date. Please make your checks payable to Ntaba Tours. Registration Deadline/Late Registration: The Registration Deadline is 3 months prior to departure date. Registrations made after that date will be treated on an individual, space-available basis, with no guarantee of acceptance. The quoted price cannot be guaranteed for Late Registrations and is subject to change. Should you need to cancel: Because the operation of international programs requires extensive long-term planning, costs are incurred long before the actual departures. Pre-Day 0 Depart from the U.S.A. for South Africa Pre-Day 1 Paarl 2 nights Arrive in Cape Town, South Africa. Transfer to the luxury Grande Roche Hotel, situated in the scenic town of Paarl in the heart of the Cape Winelands, check into your room and overnight. Pre-Day 2 Paarl B/L/D Start your day with a full Champagne and Oyster buffet breakfast, followed by a full day guided and private Winelands Tour of Paarl and Stellenbosch. Visit wine estates; have a private wine tasting hosted by a sommelier who will introduce you to the secrets of South African wine making. End the day off with a special dinner at the hotel. Each of the full days in the Private Game Reserve will include: All meals and two daily game drives in 10-passenger open Landrover vehicles with your skilled ranger and tracker to find the animals of Africa for you to admire. Each morning, expect an early wakeup call for refreshments before heading out on a game drive at first light. During the day, relax, go on a guided bush walk, or participate in several optional extra activities. Late afternoon, convene for high tea and depart for the days second African Bush Safari. Enjoy a sundowner drink along the way and continue your game drive as darkness descends. Return to the lodge for dinner. Optional Extra Activities during your visit at the Kapama Private Game Reserve: Elephant Back Safari - Endangered Species Center - Golfing Safari Relax & enjoy the local spa Days 7 - 9 Kapama Private Game Reserve B/L/D Full days in the Private Game Reserve as described above.
