1. Getting Started
1.1 Welcome to the SAP Online Education E-Learning Administrator Guide
This manual is intended as a guide for SAP Customer eLearning Administrators. As the Customer eLearning Administrator, you need to perform the following tasks: Familiarize yourself with the technical requirements for accessing the course and ensure that your network and your users workstations are in compliance with the technical specifications. This can be facilitated by supplying the Technical Specifications document link to your IT staff to ask for their support in ensuring that this is the case. Manage Users o Provide users with access code and course information o Instruct users on how to register and enroll for a course View License Status Report Act as a point of contact within your organizations for users questions o SAP Online Education Support Email: e-learning@sap.com This manual provides you with the step-by-step instructions to help you accomplish the above tasks. 2. Manage Users
2.1 How to Register in SAP Education Online and Enroll in Courses Purpose These are the procedures that you will provide to users to assist them in registering into the system and enrolling in courses. (Please note that this set of instructions has been provided to you in a separate PDF document.) You may also use these instructions if you or someone else wants to register and enroll users rather than having them do so. How to Register in Online SAP and Enroll in Courses 1. Go to http://training.sap.com Login Screen

2. If you already have an existing user account, click on the Login button at the topright corner of the screen and jump to Step 7 below. Otherwise, click on the Register link at the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Fill out all necessary registration fields in the Registration Screen:

4. Read and acknowledge that you have read the SAP Privacy statement and click on the Register Now button 5. You will receive a registration confirmation like that below:

6. Click on Continue Shopping button

7. Click on the My Account button at the top-right corner of the screen. This will direct you to your My Account area:

8. Enter the Access Code provided to you by your Group Administrator in the field under Training Access Code on the right-hand navigation panel 9. Click on the Redeem button. 10. If you have already assigned an S-User ID to your account, you can skip to step 14 11. If you have not assigned an S-User ID to your account you will be prompted to confirm your details:

12. If you have an existing S-User ID, enter it in the text box on the left-side of the screen under the section I have an S-User number and click on the Validate button 13. If you do not have an existing S-User ID, please complete the form on the rightside of the screen under the section I dont have an S-User number and click on the Submit button. Note: it can take up to 24 hours to create and validate an S-User ID. 14. Once your S-User ID details have been submitted the order overview screen will appear:

15. Read the terms and conditions of sale 16. Confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of sale by selecting the checkbox and click the Submit Order button 17. Once the order has finished processing, you will receive an order confirmation on screen:

18. Click on the Scheduled Training on the left-side navigation area. This will direct you to your booked e-Learning courses:

19. Click on the Start button beside the course you wish to launch

2.2 Suggested Email Template to Send to Users Here is our suggested text for the email that you will send to your users to provide them with the information they need to take their training. This text is only a recommendation and you may wish to modify it to suit your needs. Dear <Recipient>: <Your Company Name> has purchased SAP Online Learning products. You can now access the following products on the Online SAP Learning website with the information in this e-mail: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Course Name: <Course Title> Access Expiration Date: (dd/mm/yyyy) Access Code: <access code> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Creating a New User Account with the Access Code 1. Check your system settings against the Technical Readiness Checklist here: https://training.sap.com/pdf/e-learning-technical-requirements.pdf 2. Open the User Registration Guide here: https://training.sap.com/pdf/welcome.pdf 3. Go to the SAP Online Learning site at https://training.sap.com and register a new user account 4. Click on the My Account button at the top-right corner of the screen 5. Enter the Access Code shown above in the field Training Access Code on the right navigation area and click Redeem 6. Follow the steps on screen for creating a new S-User ID 7. Confirm the transaction 8. Once your S-User ID has been confirmed you can log in to the SAP Online Learning site and access your eLearnings by clicking on the My Account icon and then selecting the Access to your scheduled training link Consuming the Access Code as an Existing User 1. Check your system settings against the Technical Readiness Checklist here: https://training.sap.com/pdf/e-learning-technical-requirements.pdf 2. Go to the SAP Online Learning site at https://training.sap.com and log in with your username and password 3. Click on the My Account button at the top-right corner of the screen 4. Enter the Access Code shown above in the field Training Access Code on the right navigation area and click Redeem

5. Confirm the transaction 9. Click on the My Account icon and then select the Access to your scheduled training link your new E-Learning courses will be available to you If you have any questions about taking an online course, please contact me: <insert your e-mail address or other contact info>. 3. Reporting
As a Group Administrator you have the ability to report on the status of your licenses, as well as track the progress of your users. Below are the steps for viewing the online report. 1. Go to the SAP Online Learning site at https://training.sap.com and log in with your username and password 2. Click on the My Account button at the top-right corner of the screen

3. Click on the link Access Codes on the left navigation panel or click on the Review access code status link in the centre of the screen. This will open the Access Code overview screen as shown below:

4. Here you can see a brief overview of the Access Code, Group License Numbers, Validity Period and the Courses included in the Access Code.

5. Click on the Access Code or the Get Info button to open the extended information screen:

6. Here you can see further details on the number of licenses purchased, number of licenses in use, the number of remaining licenses and a redemption history of the licenses showing all the users who have registered under your Access Code.
