Enam naskhah (Sarjana)/ tujuh naskhah (Doktor Falsafah) bercetak dan dengan kulit nipis (tidak ring binding) Kulit disertasi/tesis mengikut format Halaman judul (title page) mengikut format Penomboran muka surat mengikut format Huruf kecil Roman halaman judul, isi kandungan, senarai jadual Times New Roman, saiz 12 tesis/disertasi Margin dan spacing mengikut format Font Times New Roman saiz 12 Susunan lampiran mengikut format (Pengakuan, penghargaan, abstrak, lampiran jadual dll) Perakuan Keaslian Penulisan telah ditandatangani Abstrak tidak melebihi satu muka surat dan ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu Abstrak Bahasa Inggeris telah dibuat proof reading Menggunakan program spellcheck atau Dewan Eja untuk menyemak kesalahan ejaan Jadual, rajah, carta dan rujukan merujuk format APA Borang lengkap telah ditandatangani oleh Penyelia dan Dekan Fakulti Penjilidan (Penyerahan Disertasi/Tesis Mutakhir) a.) Empat naskhah bercetak dan dijilid dengan kulit keras (Merah Hati Sarjana)/(Hitam - Doktor Falsafah) b.) 2 salinan CD bentuk PDF Muka hadapan (kulit keras) mengikut format a.) Huruf besar berwarna emas, font Times New Roman atau Arial, saiz 18 b.) Susunan piramid terbalik mengikut format Tulang belakang mengikut format

FORMAT OF WRITING THESIS / DISSERTATION CHECKLIST INITIAL @ CORRECTION @ FINAL

Details The title must be approved by the Faculty and the candidate is a registered student Binding (Submission of Dissertation/Thesis for examination) a.) Six printed copies (Master) / seven printed copies (PhD) in soft cover (not ring binding) Cover page is according to the IGS format Title page is according to the IGS format Page numbering according to format Roman numbering (small) title page, table of contents, list of tables, etc Times New Roman, size 12 thesis/dissertation Margin and spacing is according to the IGS format Font Times New Roman size 12 Arrangement of thesis/dissertation according to format (declaration, acknowledgement, abstract, list of tables, etc) Original Literary Work Declaration form has been signed Abstract is not more than one page, written in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (not more than 200 words) Abstract in English has been proof read by the Supervisor Use spell check or Dewan Eja to check for spelling errors Tables, graphs, charts, and pictures are properly tabulated according to APA style Form has been signed by the Supervisor and the Dean (Faculty) Binding (Final Submission) a.)
