Conditions of Entry for Competition 1. This competition is organised by Nemetschek Allplan GmbH, Konrad-Zuse-Platz 1, Munich, Germany.

2. Entry is free of charge and is not contingent on the purchase of goods or services. In entering this competition, the user shall accept these conditions of entry.

3. Anyone who is at least 18 years old at the time of entry is eligible for the competition. Employees of Nemetschek Allplan GmbH and others who are involved in the concept and implementation of this competition shall be excluded from participation. The owners and employees of distribution partners of Nemetschek Allplan GmbH shall be excluded from participation in the competition as well. Each "participant" can send an eMail as often as he wants but it wont change his chances of winning.

4. Only the prizes described in detail (5.) in connection with the competition will be awarded. The draw will be limited only to participants who have sent an email to mailto:socialmedia@nemetschek.com?subject=Allplan Advanced Hint with: - Subject: Allplan Advanced Hint - The reply to the question: Whats your most advanced hint when using Nemetschek Allplan? - Participants full name, birthdate and postal address The competition will run until April 16th 2012, 23:59 CET. Late submissions will not be considered for the draw, regardless of the grounds for the delay. Nemetschek Allplan GmbH shall not be held responsible for any technical problems, particularly the failure of the telephone network, the network, electronic components or computers.

5. An expert jury will screen all emails and pick 3 golden hints for the 3 main prizes and 30 silver hints for the second prize. The prize for each of the 3 golden hints is a 3DCONNEXION SpaceNavigator 3D Mouse. Each of the 30 silver hints will be awarded a Nemetschek Allplan User Contest 2011 Book.

6. The winners of the prize will be contacted shortly after the draw by email, on the basis of the information provided by the participant. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Nemetschek Allplan GmbH may use the winner's name and hint for advertising purposes without any compensation.

7. The prizes will be sent by parcel post to the address given in the participants email.

8. Cash payouts, payout in goods or exchange of prizes shall be excluded. Prizes cannot be transferred. The winner shall accept any necessary changes to the prize that are due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.

9. Nemetschek Allplan GmbH reserves the right to cancel or suspend temporarily the competition if difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition.

10. All decisions are final.
