The Median Sales Price in March was $325,000, down 54.2% from $710,000 in March of 2011 and down 43.0% from $570,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in March was $462,000, down 45.0% from $839,963 in March of 2011 and down 25.1% from $616,583 last month. March 2012 ASP was at the lowest level compared to March of 2011 and 2010.

An upward trend in DOM tends to indicate a move towards more of a Buyer's market, a downward trend a move towards more of a Seller's market. The DOM for March was 30, down 63.9% from 83 days last month and down 67.0% from 91 days in March of last year. The March 2012 DOM was at its lowest level compared with March of 2011 and 2010.
