Jennifer Windecker, Children and Youth Services Divisional Manager, V.I.R.L. -letter of thanks for the literacy kits -break down of expenditures involved in putting together the kits 2. Lawrence Tarasoff -unable to attend, looks forward to working with the Society in the fall 3. Jarrod Gunn McQuillan, Regional Coordinator, Food Security, Population Health and Wellness, Public Health, V.I. H.A. -internal processes have delayed the VIRL contract still pending 6. Presidents report: - Nothing to report separately has been involved with several of same projects as Coordinator.

Coordinators report: -report filed to 2010 Legacies June 30 -grant application filed to Raise a Reader June 30 -preparation for Tahsis Days -summer programs request for volunteers for the VIRL reading program Thursdays 2:00 4:30 to read to children -TLS brochure will be ready for Tahsis Days -2010 Legacies Now application will be ready by July 30 9. 10. New Business: i. Motion of support to Village of Tahsis for additional space in the Village Office for VIRL. Moved: Judy B. Second: Catherine (Judy B. will write letter.) Carried Motion that the TLS make a donation to the Tahsis Branch of the VIRL to pay outstanding fines of children up to age 13, maximum total $150.00. Moved: Katrina, Second: Lori Carried
