We arrived at SMK Subang Utama at around 9.30 and headed to the registration counter to register ourselves. The meeting was called to order at around 9.45 a.m. The slideshow presentation of each club began after the Leo Pledge and roll call. Every club president was suppose to introduce themselves, and talk about their past, present and future projects that their club wants to host and also present their clubs treasurer report and membership report. Leo Ashley Tan as the president of Leo Club of SMK Damansara Jaya represented our club to be the speaker for our slideshow presentation. Around 3 hours later, almost all the clubs had done their presentation and we headed to the canteen for lunch. After 45 minutes of lunch break, all the leos headed back to the hall, Lion Nicholas Seow and some other lions gave their comment about some of the projects. He appreciated that we were so enthusiastic about our upcoming projects and he thought some of our ideas were pretty creative. After that, Lion Alan gave his motivational talk for all the Key Officers and Directors. Lion Alan encouraged us to organize some interesting and special projects and not organizing the same project again and again. Lion Alan also shared with us about little Choon Kong

story and Lion Alan managed to collect a big amount of money during RCC Meeting for little Choon Kong. Lion Alan also explained to us about the M.A.D (making a difference) project and encouraged all the Leo Clubs to participate to make a difference. Lion Alan also taught the secretaries about the new system of sending monthly report through MAAROS. After that, CLD Test started at around 5.00 p.m. All of us were given papers and we were supposed to fill in the blanks that were provided. After the CLD test, everything was pretty much completed, and one by one, everyone started to leave for home.
