Resident Staff Supervisor, Intercept Youth Services May 2008-August 2008 Duties:

East District Family Resource Center (EDFRC) Virginia Commonwealth University Oct. 2004-May 2007 Duties: Hired initially for a one semester position, received continued position renewal and increased responsibility. Maintained client personal records for EDFRC through the computer client tracking system. Conducted client interviews to determine eligibility for food and clothing resources using agency policies and procedures. Participated with coworkers, supervisors, and other professionals to provide needed services for clients including GED class registration, MetroCare services, and computer class registration. Assessed client services with supervisors through evaluation surveys and staff meetings. Participated in EDFRC evaluations of services and policies for the center. Taught basic computer skill classes for two semesters with an average classroom size of ten clients. Collaborated with supervisors to implement focus groups with representatives of Richmond social service agencies that were targeted to prevent duplication of services for the Richmond inner city community,
