Code of Conduct during the Retreat 2012

This code of conduct is applicable to every participant who is part of the above mentioned programme. If the participant is not accompanied by parent/ parents then the participating participant needs to bring the signed Parental Consent Form and hand it over to the coordinator prior to the Retreat. This consent form is mandatory according to the regulations of this country. The travel to and from the Venue is the duty and responsibility of either participant or their parents. It is advisable not to carry valuable items for the programme and in the event of loss or theft the organisers will not be held responsible. Throughout the programme the participant is expected to abide by the rules and the guidelines, which will be communicated to the participant before and during the programme as the need arises. The participant is not allowed to move away from the group without the permission of the coordinators. This permission will be given only in emergency situations and the participant will be accompanied by an adult assigned by the coordinators. Punctuality must be maintained by the participants throughout the programme. Under no circumstances the participant should be found in any other accommodation places other than that of his or her. In the unlikely event of participant being found constantly breaking the regulations of the programme or decides not to cooperate with the programme organisers, then the participant will be asked to leave the programme immediately. In that situation no refund will be paid to the participant. It is the responsibility of the parents to keep at home a copy of the Information for Parentsand the details of the programme.

The guidelines and the regulations mentioned here are not intended to be exhaustive. Any information will be communicated by the programme organisers if anything needs to be communicated before or during the Programme. These guidelines are formed keeping in mind the safety of every participant and the smooth running of the programme. Therefore please make sure both parents and the participant goes through each point before signing it and returning it together with the Parental Consent Form.
