Strengths:

I consider communication is my strength. Even communicate with inside or outsider. Reason: as I have been working with this position more than 3 years, I have been achieved many work/successes many work, because of good communication with other people, even new people or people I had known before. Its truth, in order to get success/accomplish my bosss work in effectively, I need to have a good communication skill for communicate with inside and outsider people, especially, with director of other departments and other minister who work related or under supervision of my boss. So communication is really important for everybody to make success, it is not only for me. One more thing, not only Communication, but also Planning and Organizing is my strength too. Reason: Be a good assistant, I need to make plan and organize my work in effectively for my bosss work. I always plan and schedule my work that delegated by my boss to make success and effectively. Adaptation and team work also my strength: Reason: I have been work with many people during over past 3 years and difference kind of people, some people is really easy to work with and some people is really difficult to deal with, but I am able to adjust my approach to meet each of their needs.

Weaknesses:
Patient with people who not respect each other is my weaknesses. Reason: I am impatient with people who dont works respects each other, especially, someone who look down to their colleague or co-worker, but I always learning how to manage and how to deal and change this kind of people. I make sure that they have the right resource and education for the job; I follow up to see that they are on track and I step in and help when needed.

Especially, this NGO had provided health care, vocational training and education to the poor children I believed that the World change start from educated children. Moreover, this NGO has provided a great opportunity for staff in capacity building. Im glad to be a part of this NGO that work in assisting the Royal Government of Cambodia in development sectors.

What do you see yourself doing in five year?

I plan to be a good manager, after I gain more knowledge from management of my good manager. During this five year plan, I will learn more about management style and leadership style from Mr. Scote and other manager in CCF in order to update myself or jump to a good position in CCF.

What is your reason for leaving your job?

After a number of years in my last position I am now looking for a new experience where I can contribute and grow in a bigger environment. Especially I am interested in an opportunity to use my skills and abilities I had developed over the last couple of years for the right position, challenge and competitive salary ..

After finish high school, I have chosen to learn Bachelor Degree, mayor in Business communication. As I am the out standing student, the school asked me to work for them as an assistant teaching to foreigner teachers. Because my homeroom teacher is a branch manager so I also involve in some administrative works. While working there I was involved in preparing school events and party (need any policy that I was made) specially push many children that have slow learning by tutor success fully. While seen my great result the school also ask me to be one of there teacher.
