Degree of Bachelor of Fine Art or equivalent examination / Diploma in the case of Deaf and Dumb/Mentally Challenged candidates. 2. Must enclose a certificate/letter of equivalency from the Panjab University along-with admission application in case BFA/Special Diploma is passed from the University other than Panjab University. 3. Detailed Marks Sheets of all the years of Bachelor of Fine Art/Special Diploma for Deaf & Dumb and Mentally Challenged Persons as the case may be. 4. Valid proof of Date of Birth. 5. Documentary proof in support of reservation claimed under SC/ST/OBC/PH category. 6. Registration Card (in case of only those candidates who are already registered with Panjab University) 7. Proposed programme of study and professional experience. 8. A note on their works in 500 words by self in the prescribed proforma. 9. 03 (three) photographs of latest works in case of sponsored candidates 10. Certificate of No Objection from the employer in case of sponsored candidates in the proforma appended with the application form.

13. In case of Only (Single) Girl Child - An affidavit on stamp paper worth 20/- duly attested by
1st class magistrate to be obtained from the parents of the girl child. Specimen of the affidavit is enclosed. 14. In case of Cancer/Aids patient - The claimant candidate will have to submit a certificate with proof from the National Medical Institute like PGI, AIIMS etc. in support of his/her claim.

The seats earmarked for OBC Category candidates will be filled up as per provisions of the Central Educational Institutions for (Reservation in Admission) Act, 2006, reservation of 27% of seats for OBCs subject to the approval from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
