Here is an update on the trip: Previous date (18th-25th November) was clashing with interviews for scholarships and

medicine and as a result we have moved the whole trip back one week. This means the new date is between the 9th-15th/16th of November. The last known date for HSC exams is the 9th whereas our formal is on the 16th. It is up to you to decide whether you will be heading back on the morning of the 16th or the 15th. If majority of people choose to go back on the 15th because they need to rest for formal or some shit, then we will make the check out date the 15th. However if the majority of people decide to leave morning of the 16th, and given we leave early you will have sufficient time to get ready for the formal, then the check out date will be the 16th and people who decide to go on the 15th will still pay for that extra night because otherwise it is too complicated to work out prices etc. So 9th-15th is 6 nights and you will depart on the morning of the 7th day whereas 9th-16th is 7 nights and you will depart the morning of the 8th day. An alternative to this is if we have a 50/50 split of people who wish to go back on 15th/16th, then we book separate houses for those leaving on separate dates. As a result those leaving on the 15th will all live in one house and those leaving on the 16th will all live in the other house. Currently we are looking to book two houses seeing as we have close to 20 people. These are only the people I have heard from so far. If you or your friends havent confirmed yet or dont know, please get to it/ inform them ASAP. At the moment, it would be best to get one 8 and one 10 person house. However if numbers rise, we will most likely get two 10 person houses. If numbers move 28 or beyond, we may need to look into a third house. Chances are we will have to squeeze extras in, and as a result the prices listed below will drop with more people, as I have only listed them for maximum capacity. Also note that I have included a 7 night price and a 5 night price. This is because the prices for 5 and 7 nights are not proportional to each other because rates go

crazy on Fridays and Saturdays. Hence if you are on a tight budget, you may want to arrive on the Sunday rather than the Friday and only stay 5 nights. Again the problem with this is that it complicates costs for everyone else, so if there if there is a large number of you only looking to stay 5 nights, then they can live in a separate house. Alternatively, you could just choose from one of the cheaper houses. Below, Ive divided the houses into two tables based on location. This is because ideally we want the houses we book to be close to each other so we can meet up with our friends and stuff. Note that the first house and last house in each table are the furthest away from each other, and every adjacent house on the table is the closest i.e. 1 is 100m from 2, 2 is 100m from 3 and so on. Also note that bond price is not included in most of the house prices because generally they give this to you after they have been contacted, usually it will not exceed 600, so about 60 for each person. Ive included my rating of the houses below, based on location, what extras it includes and the pictures but Ive included a link for you to make up your own mind about this. Prices are only an approximation but they will be very close to what is shown. I havent included any houses which fit less than 8 people or dont allow schoolies because Ive contacted them and they just said no under 25s. Given food and drinks will cost around $50 for each person depending on what you want and we cook at home, you can calculate the approximate cost for your whole trip by using the prices Ive included below.
