INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC:

India's economy is on the fulcrum of an ever increasing growth curve. With positive indicators such as a stable 8-9 per cent annual growth, rising foreign exchange reserves, a booming capital market and a rapid rise in FDI in the last year, India has emerged as the second fastest growing major economy in the world. Significantly, the industrial and service sectors have been contributing a major part of this growth, suggesting the structural transformation underway in the Indian economy. Here, companies have been selected on the basis of market capitalization. Those companies are highest at market capitalization have been selected and some moderate level companies also have been selected. So, that it can represent industry as a whole as much as possible. a) Every individuals most important goal is decision about to invest in such way that give maximum return and risk is very low, so for that decision about to invest in aviation industry is most important. b) After the complete study regarding aviation industry in India, the investors can get idea about the:

OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT:
a. The main objective (goal) of project is to do fundamental analysis of an Aviation sector in India. b. To study the present scenario of an Indian economy including GDP growth rate, GNP growth rate, Inflation and Deflation rate, Fiscal & Monetary trend and Stock market analysis. c. To analyze the role of FII and FDI, Foreign exchange management in Indian economy. d. To evaluate present situation & condition of Aviation industry in India. e. Interpretation & tabulation of various information collected on sales, profit, turnover, earning per share, dividend policy, market price policy, Demand and Supply situation of industry etc. f. To understand the government role and action in direction to industries performance, growth rate and future prospectus of the aviation industry. g. To do Ratio Analysis of the any five selected companies (King fisher airlines, Deccan airlines, Spice jet, Go air, paramount airlines, indigo airlines) and make necessary comments & conclusion on it so as to provide exact idea and core ideology of the company. h. And also provide proper recommendation about various airlines companies. So that investors can easily get idea about their investment and the fundamental analysis of an Aviation sector. i. To make comparative study of ratio analysis of selected companies and give ranking of the companies to evaluate it on the various criteria. j. To make valuation of selected companies and to provide suggestion and advice to the investors to invest or not.

k. To conclude about the fundamental position of the selected companies according to the findings of ratio analysis, trend analysis, hypothesis calculation and valuation of securities.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
a. To study companies in detail in order to get the complete idea about the fundamental analysis of an Aviation sector. b. To study and analyze the external environmental factors (i.e. macro) like Economy as a whole, stock market fluctuation, economic condition of country etc. c. Collection of secondary data will be done and detail study of the data will be undertaken. d. To study the various scripts, their balance sheet, profit & loss A/C, in depth by ratio analysis, trend analysis. To find out sustainability & profitability of a specific company. Companies here selected are on the basis of market capitalization. e. Comparison of various selected companies will be made by taking figure of the last year of ratio analysis and ranking will be given to each companys individual ratio. f. Detail study of a companys trend analysis and valuation will be done for the selected companies and final conclusion will be brought out for Buy or Not to buy the companies share. g. Providing final conclusion according to fundamental analysis.
