Community Planning & Your Classroom Save Water, Save Land, Save Money

Thursday, June 21 Workshop/Forum and Friday, June 22 Field Trip (for pre-registered teachers only) Aldie Mansion, Doylestown $20 (or free for pre-registered teachers attending both days)
This workshop will assist participants in understanding the forces and choices that shape a community and region. Teachers will attend a curriculum session and then join municipal planners in the Save Water, Save Land, Save Money forum.

Receive and review PA Land Choices activity guide. Model activities that can be replicated in any learning environment! Hear from community leaders on current environmental and planning issues. Ideal for both educators & engaged citizens. Act 48 hours available. Morning coffee and buffet lunch provided.

Pre-register now! Teachers attending both days may attend free of charge through a grant from PA DCNR. Pre-registration must be received by June 1, 2012.
