    TheUCBerkeleyExtensionPersonalFinancialPlanningProgramhasestablisheda scholarshipfundtorecognizeexceptionalstudentspursuingtheirPersonalFinancial Planningcertification.Ascholarshiprecipientwillreceiveamaximumof$1,000.

    Eligibility
    The2012PFPScholarshipwillbeawardedtotwoormoreextraordinaryindividuals whobestmeetthefollowingeligibilitycriteria: CurrentlyenrolledinthePFPCertificateProgramwithaGradePointAverage (GPA)of3.30orhigher HavesubmittedawrittenApplication(seebelow)tobejudgedbythe ScholarshipCommittee

    PoliciesandProcedures
    ThefollowingarepoliciesandproceduresforscholarshipsinthePersonalFinancial PlanningCertificateProgram.PLEASEREADCAREFULLY.Failingtoadheretothese policiesmayresultindisqualificationofyourscholarship. 1. NamesofallscholarshiprecipientsareplacedonfileintheUCBerkeley ExtensionOffice. 2. AwardeesarerequiredtobeofficiallyenrolledinthePFPCertificateProgram. 3. Theawardcannotbetransferredtoanotherpersonorinstitution.Itisforthe soleuseoftheawardrecipient.However,theawardcheckmustbeusedwithin 6monthsoritwillbeforfeited.Iftheawardisforfeited,anyunusedmoniesare returnedtothescholarshipfundandwillbecomeavailableforafuture scholarshiprecipient. 4. ThePFPscholarshipprogramwillpayamaximumof$1,000tothescholarship recipient. 5.
