Before Situation
1. The works are not completed to handover the buildings for client occupancy. 2. The initiative has been taken up from the QA/QC team along with the Project Manager that the snagging list will be prepared and will be offered for client inspection prior to handing over. 3. Example: a) The tile work in each and individual room has been checked for colour matching and which ever the tiles are not matching with the approved colour has been listed in the snag and a special team for snagging has been deployed to carryout the works listed. The listed no. Of tiles has been immediately removed and replaced and the same has been informed to the client and were made to witness the same by the we are able to achieve the belief of client and the snagging works went smoothly and we are able to hand over the building ahead of our schedule. b. For false ceiling works where ever the painting touch up is balance our team informed that painters to do the touch up works where ever it is required in each and every room and the same has been informed to the client and we forced them to witness the same by the we are able to achieve the faith of client and the snagging works went smoothly and we are able to hand over the building ahead of our schedule. c.
