vi ABSTRACT
Quality costs are usually used to measuring performance in manufacturing organization. Quality costs are an important to improve productivity. Many factors about its effectiveness have been questioned. Questionnaire has been distributed to find out assessment and perception from 4 categories in industrial manufacturing towards certificate quality costs. This project use some statistical method like Gamma which generated by statistical software namely SPSS 10.0 for Windows. One of the methods is descriptive statistic, specifically bar chart was used tofelarify the findings graphically. While, Gamma correlation method has been used to identify main factors that afflicted the effectiveness of quality costs. There is also a study about the differences between assessments from each industrial category to those factors. Finally, it is hoped that the findings will be the knowledge, depicted and encouraged organization to continue adapting certificate of quality costs to improve productivity.
