very well received. Thank you to all those who shared what Chrysalis has meant to them and what they are doing in their Next Steps. It was certainly a very spirit-lled evening.

God Moments- that is how I would describe WOBC#53. What I mean by God moments are things that happen without explanation but by the grace of Gods hand. Through the team formation, all the way down to table selections, and multiple times during the weekend these moments were amazing. This weekend had a group of boys that were full of energy but yet had some of the deepest group discussions I think that I have seen on any weekend I have been on. God showed up, reunited some old friends, introduced new friends, healed hearts, and revealed his awesome love and power to everyone. My name is Douglas Shope and I was the Lay Director for WOBC#53. I have been involved with the Chrysalis commu-

nity since my original walk, boys #31. I was so blessed for the opportunity to serve as lay director and will cherish the memory for the rest of my life. One thing that our walk did that struck my heart and the hearts of many was when we sang in front of Greene St. Churchs congregation on Sunday morning. I had heard that the weekend when Faye Oakes was Lay Director, they had done this and I thought that it was a great way for chrysalis to give back to the church. I will continue to serve the West Ohio Chrysalis community and pray for Gods continued watch over all that have gone on or will go on a chrysalis ight. God Bless,

Douglas Shope
