The standard for fresh and healthy catering
We use all natural ingredients that are free of chemical preservatives, nitrites
and articial ingredients. Our produce is organic where indicated and all of
our products are sourced in Minnesota whenever possible. Our menu is full of
items found on every list of top SuperFoods and we use 100% canola oil in
place of partially hydrogenated oils (No trans fats). D. Brians Deli & Catering is
committed to offering only the best and healthiest food options.
New Catering Ideas
You asked for box lunches with a cup of soup and a half sandwich, now you
can order them. Check out our many options on page 7.
Smoked Salmon is as delicious as it is nutritious and there are two ways it can
be ordered in a box lunch. Choose between our new Entre Salad or our new
Deli Wrap box lunch. Were also offering smoked salmon on our healthy and
satisfying Smoked Salmon Platter. Youll receive a full side of honey-smoked
salmon with cream cheese, and crostini. Each platter provides 20-30 individual
portions.
Consider hot items for your next catered breakfast meeting. We can deliver
Hot Quiche to your meeting as early as 7:00 am or maybe youd like an
assortment of Hot Breakfast Sandwiches and delicious Breakfast Wraps.

We have a variety of new trays and platters that work well in many corporate or

baked in our delis every morning to
