PowerMill 2010 Installation
1) Place the DVD in drive. It should auto run. Make sure you have exited out of all Delcam products. 2) Please remember to unplug your USB dongle when installing any Delcam product. 3) On a 64 bit computer, you have to choose what version to install. We recommend installing the 64 bit version.

4) You must accept the license agreement to continue

8) OPTIONAL - If you do NOT have a full seat of PowerShape on this computer, select PowerMILL Modeling. This will give you advanced access to editing patterns and boundaries in PowerMill.

9) OPTIONAL - If you do not have Exchange 2010 installed, please select this option. This gives you the ability to import files into PowerMILL.

10) NEEDED - Select both options under Toolpath Output. This will give you the ablity to post CNC code from PowerMILL using Ductpost or Postprocessor.

11) NEEDED - Under Utilities, select the PAFWizard. This will install the PAFWizard 2010. This will enable CCSI to diagnose support issues. You can also update your PAFs using this program.

12) Select Install to install the software on your computer. 13) Software is installed.

August 20, 2010 Revision: A 14) Plug the USB dongle back in. 15) Check for updates to get the latest service pack. Start PowerMill and under the Help pull down menu, select Check for Updates. Follow directions in the dialog box. You need to have Internet access to do this.
