JOB Responsibilities:
The Major Responsibility of My Job depends on research and making Promotion & Marketing Plans for our Products. I am the responsible to cut short the distribution cost and looking after the working of ASM and TSM. I am managing 38 Peoples Sales Teams and use to handle Sales Targets and distribute accordingly. I use to originate Ideas and its Implementation about ATL/BTL and Monitoring the Results against BTL and ATL Promotions Activities. Responsible for Business Plan, Sales Strategy, Create budget and plan to achieve market share and sales volume targets. Monitoring the Whole Distribution Network. Monitoring the sales credit timeline to LMTs. Monitoring the Fake Order Booking and Fake Payment Checks. Handling the all Political Matters within our Territories. Give guideline to Sales Officers/Order Bookers, how to generate sales from their respective areas. Give Daily10min Briefing for motivation and daily targets achievement plans to Sales Officer cum order bookers. Monitoring Sub Distributors in minor towns. Monitor competitive activities and respond accordingly. Responsible for Launching the Products with different campaigns. Contribute to long-term business plans that drive key metrics. Responsible for share growth & yearly business targets, Planning and execution of Sales, promotion & marketing activities quarterly. On job training of territory sales officer and territory supervisors. Achievement of secondary & primary objective of the company through teamwork. Keep forecasting about Market circumstances to get maximum achievements. Achieved ever highest Sales in the history in August 2011 at the launch of soft perfection. 15% value growth. Market share in category increased from 14% to 15% in 2011.
