KICK OFF START OF WSH SAFETY COMMITTEE MEETING The purpose is to promote co-operation in achieving and maintaining safer and healthy working conditions at work place between the Management and workers. It will be conducted weekly on every beginning week of the month at COPL Site Project meeting room. Ismail Safety Coordinator, will organize a safety committee meeting consisting of COPL staff and Yeo Hongs division manager, safety supervisor, site manager, engineers and supervisor from subcontractors. SAFETY CAMPAIGN (Promotion & Events )

a)3S promotion (Spot Safety on Site) will be organized on every week A $5 voucher will be given to

the workers based on adhoc safety promotion (Spot the Safety on Site) 3S promotion on safety related issue. Promotion (Workers Recognition Award) will be held every end of the month. A ratio of 2 workers for every 10 workers to be considered for the Safety Award every month. Workers direct/indirect will be assessed by the Safety and Site personnel based on monthly performance.NTUC VOUCHER $20 NTU
