Trigonometry - Block March 23!

Today youre going to learn how to use software called Geogebra. This program is available for free at geogebra.org. We have todays 90 minute block to do as much as you can. Big Question: What is the difference between a drawing and a construction? Part One - Complete this checklist: Make a line by using the line tool. Make a line by typing the equation of a line. Make a point by using the point tool. Make a point by entering the coordinates of a point. Make a circle by using the circle tool. Make a circle by typing the equation of a circle. Construct two intersecting lines, and place a point where they intersect. Construct two parallel lines. Construct two perpendicular lines. Construct a rectangle that Mr. Dunseith cant mess up with the drag test. Part Two - Build Stuff: Attach and email each of the following les to dunseith@validusprep.org. Write the names of all group members in your email. 1. Construct an equilateral triangle, by using the method that we used in class when we studied SLT Triangles 4. 2. Construct a right triangle, measure its angles, and use ratios to calculate the sine, cosine, and tangent of each angle.
