The Ernie Small Blues Band
The Ernie Small Blues Band has
been entertaining the Bowling Green
community with a blend of blues,
rock and jazz for the past 30 years.
Ernie Small, rhythm guitar and lead vocals, and Eddie Mills, bass guitar, are the
remaining founding members and are joined by long time band mates: Ernest Raymer,
guitar; Ben Lindsey, drums; Jeff Mollyhorn, alto sax; Kevin Briley, trumpet; and Gary
Graves, tenor sax. Randi Womack is their current strong female vocalist.
The longest performing band in the area, the Blues Band has been a regular in The
Concert in the Park series, performing for nearly all 32 years. Join them in Fountain
Square Park July 29 at 6:30.

The Fender Benders
The Fender Benders have been an
established band since 1990. They
have played numerous festivals,
concerts, and private parties all over
Kentucky and Tennessee. They have
opened shows for B.B. King, Tower of
Power, and Neil McCoy, just to name a few, as well as playing at the KenLake Blues Festival,
the Duncan Hines Festival, the Owensboro BBQ Festival, and many more. They have been
selected twice by the KY Blues Soceity to repersent KY at the 2006 and 2008 International
Blues Challenge on Beale St. in Memphis, TN, the largest gathering of blues bands in the
world! The Fender Benders are primarily an R&B band that also plays the blues and classic
rock with the best of them. The band features Willie Smith on lead vocals; Steve Sanders,
guitarist/backup vocals; Andy Day, keyboards/vocals; Mark Johnson, bassist/backup vocals;
Chris Hardesty, drummer/backup vocals; and Ryan Stiles, baritone/tenor saxophone/
backup vocals.

This exciting Rock/Pop/Country
cover band has been
entertaining the mid-south
since 1994. Founding members
Dana Hester and Joe Meany
formed the band with the idea of giving their audience and band mates a great time.
Drummer Barry Gresham joined the fun in 1995, with bassist Charles Emberton coming
on board in 1996. Two years later, guitarist/songwriter Ron Ramsey, Jr, was added to the
line-up. The key ingredient to the bands versatility is the fact that the five guys share

The Tyrone Dunn Experiment
is a 7-piece dance band specializing in soul, R&B

dynamic presence of Tyrone Dunn on vocals,

from Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye to current hits
by artists such as John Legend and Anthony
Hamiliton, the band packs local clubs and dance
