ACADEMIC PROJECT:1.MAIN PROJECT:TITLE:- ZIGBEE BASED WIRELESS PEDOMETER AIM OF THE PROJECT:-To provide a wireless communication between one place to another place by using Zigbee module. DESCRIPTION:-In this project there are two section avaliable one is transmitter section (Wereable sensor) and other is basestation section. The two section are designed around a adavanced Microcontroller as a control unit with all the devices interfaced to it. The transmitter section consist of accelerometer,Atmel mega 32l Microcontroller, RTC, GLCD and a Zigbee transreceiver.The base station consist of Zigbee transreceiver and MAX232chip for RS-232 serial communication.Wereable pedometer sensor will take the data produced by the accelerometer. The wireless pedometer can calculate many useful factors such as the number of steps a user has taken, the distance, as well as number of a person calories can burned. The information is wirelessely transmitted to the basestation and it is displayed to the pc in a useful manner. 2.MINI PROJECT:TITLE:- LASER BASED VOICE TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER. AIM OF THE PROJECT:-The objective of the project is to design a transmitter and receiver for voice communication based on laser. DESCRIPTION:-The system consist of two block one for transmitting and other for receiving.Tthe transmitter block contains a microphone, transistoramplifier,followed by an op-amp coupled with npn transitor to modulate the laser beam.The receiving block consist of a phototransistor followed by two stage transistor preamplifier and an op-amp audioamplifier connected to a speaker. When we generate a voice signal at the transmitter then the microphone converts the voice to electrical signals, this signal are passed to the ADC then ADC sends this signal to the microcontroller and then to laser light ray emitter. At the receiver side phototransistor captures the signal from transmitting end and passes this signal to the microcontroller, then from this, signal is passed to the DAC and to the speaker.
