North Korea starts to fuel rocket before planned launch: North Korea planned to launch its rocket well before its launching date. Paek Chang-ho, arch of the accessory ascendancy centre of the Korean Committee of Space Technology, said ammunition was actually injected. He did not affirm the exact timing of the launch, but it is accepted a mid of 12-16 April.

Anyone inheriting such an account will have to either pay a 50 per cent tax or disclose its existence to the German authorities. CPI(M) leader Varadarajan passes away
N. Varadarajan, former State secretary of the CPI(M) and three-time MLA, died on Tuesday. He was 87. Mr. Varadarajan joined the Communist Party in 1943. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu Assembly from the Vedasandur constituency in 1967. Subsequently he represented Dindigul in 1977 and 1980. He was the party's whip in the Assembly. Condolences Governor K. Rosaiah and Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, DMK president M. Karunanidhi condoled his death.
Mamata Banerjee squeezes out extra funds from Centre for West Bengal
Sources said that Banerjee raised the issue of annual repayment of Rs. 20,000 crore for outstanding loans of around Rs. 2,00,000 crore when the state governments annual income was just Rs. 21,000 crore. Banerjee also told the plan panel that she will work to improve agriculture, production and create road infrastructure. She also expressed hope that the Central government will provide help in setting up new infrastructure projects in the state.
India has said the 15-nation UN Security Council should be expanded to include about 10 more members, India's Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador Hardeep Singh Puri said India is of the view that reform and expansion of the Security Council are essential if it is to reflect contemporary reality. A reformed UNSC, with expansion in the permanent and non-permanent categories, will enhance the Council's credibility and effectiveness in dealing with global issues.

40 bombs found on passenger train
The recovery of 40 country-made bombs in a bag, from a sleeper coach of the Tirupati-Guntakal passenger at Guntakal railway junction, on Tuesday, reveal loopholes in security provided to passengers by the Indian Railways. After passengers left, the train was shunted to the maintenance area. While cleaning the compartment, a woman sweeper found the cement bag containing the bombs.
Competition to pick up the best candidates among companies is advancing the placement season in top engineering colleges this year. Placement season could start as early as July instead of the October/November period when the final year students are just about to enter the seventh semester. In fact, when NASSCOM in 2009 put a restriction on companies visiting colleges in the third year itself arguing that students were neglecting studies with assured job offers, top companies made it a point to conduct placements only in the final year.

Racha Doing well at box office
Telugu movie Racha, which received fabulous opening on Friday, has raked in rs 8 crores for the first day and Rs 15 crores in the first weekend at the Box Office. The producers of the film held a press meet to celebrate it also declared that their movie has set a new record for the opening day. Addressing the media, they attributed the success to the lead stars Ram Charan Teja and Tamanna.

'I am thankful to god that I got my life back,' said Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh in his first media interaction after undergoing treatment for a rare germ cell cancer, conceding that it would take at least two more months before he returns to the field. Back in the country after spending more than two months in the United States and London to recuperate from a malignant tumour between his lungs, Yuvraj addressed the media to talk about the 'toughest' phase of his life.
