Even the most genetically blessed of supermodels needs a little helping hand to stay looking their best. Miranda Kerr was pictured returning to her New York apartment yesterday after a day at the spa. The Victoria's Secret Angel had wet hair after her treatments, but still managed to look incredibly chic in her designer, leopard-print jeans. The 28-year-old looked svelte in her bright blue skinny trousers by Current/Elliott, paired with black ballet flats, a white T-shirt and black and white jacket. She carried her favourite dark red tote bag during the solo excursion. The day before, Miranda was spotted looking every inch the Park Avenue princess as she carried her dog Frankie for a stroll wearing a designer coat and high heel boots. Miranda has just returned from Paris Fashion Week where she walked for a number for big name shows including Stella McCartney and Chanel. Her attention has now turned to a more philanthropic agenda this week though, after she was named as the 2012 Earth House Global Ambassador. The cause, launched in Sydney in 2006, is close to the Australian's heart and her second year acting as spokesperson. Miss Kerr has promised to lead a free yoga class, if 500 people pledge to participate in the 'I Will If You Will' challenge for Earth Hour. Speaking in a video on the Earth Hour website, she said: 'I believe that everyone has the power to change the world we live in. 'Don't forget to switch off your lights for Earth Hour on March 31 at 8.30pm.'
