OPE OF TH STUDY OBJECTIVES To find out the reliance level of various life insurance companies To know the demography of the respondents To identify which influence the awareness various life insurance companies.

To know the awareness level of various policies of ICICI prudential life insurance company LTD. To suggest appropriate measures based on the findings. NEED OF THE STUDY The awareness of the respondents towards ICICI PRUDENTIAL life insurance is made know to the organisation. This study suggest the reason behind the respondents to go for the particular policies they hold. To suggest whether the after sales service are property provided by the company to the customers. This study finds out the level of satisfaction of the customer towards various life insurance and to find out the position of ICICI PRUDENTIAL from their response. SCOPE OF THE STUDY The study covers the consumers situated in the various parts of Chennai city. This study has been conducted during the period of Jan to March very simple tools and statistics are used for analysis. The study covers the respondents living in the above to ceiling the study deals with various life insurance companies with special reference to ICICI
