It is critical that you bring all of your sponsorship information with complete addresses along on the day of the event. Your GOLFER PLEDGE BOOK
with completed sponsor information is required from you at the registration table the morning of the Golf-a-thon. This, along with any cash or checks given you, needs to be turned in that day. We hope to have all pledges tallied and entered into the database by the end of the day.
2. Following the Golf-a-thon, your sponsors will receive a letter including your total holes played and their actual pledge amount, notification of where to send their tax deductible contribution, a tax deduction statement, and a BIG THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS.
3. Pledge Partners please turn your pledge
sheets in as well. You can send it to the course with any of our Golfers, visit us on the Golf Course to drop them off or you can bring them to school on Tuesday!

Lunch will be provided as well as drinks and snacks throughout the day.
VOLUNTEERS
We still need a couple of volunteers on April 23rd during the day of the event: One or two people who can do data-entry of the pledge information, a few hours each person. . St Augustine Academy Golf-a-thon
Directions
Take Los Angeles Ave. (Highway 118) east from Ventura or west from Moorpark. Turn south on Center School Rd. Follow for approximately 1 mi. Turn Left on Fairway. Watch for Las Posas Country Club on the left as you go up the hill. Enter through the gate to the right of the clubhouse. (Note the clubhouse will be closed.) Own the Vision. Share the Vision. Ask others to join in making the vision a reality.
