Tiffin is an old English word for a light lunch, and also the name of the multi-compartment metal lunch box that carries it. The concept to presenting Tiffinwala is most of people working far away from home. In some modern families husband & wife both are working. In some families they dislike eating daily outside food which is injurious to Health, waste of money etc. Tiffinwala provides us home made food to our working place at correct time daily. BRIEF PROFILE OF THE ENTERPRISE Jitubhai Tiffinwala business is operated by a sole proprietor, Jitubhai Raval. This is his parttime job. He is also working as a security guard in girls hostel at night. For tiffin business his wife, Bhavnaben Raval is also helping him for making different dishes for the students and their customers. He started this business since last three years. He has a son. His son is studying. He started this business to give a better future to his boy as he is not well educated. He got an idea of starting this kind of business by observing the tiffin and food demand by the students who settled nearby their home. The main target of his business is students. Jitubhai lives at Iscon temple near mota bazaar. ANALYSIS OF ENTREPRISE OPEARTIONS Jitubhai tiffinwala business works on daily basis. But mainly at Sunday he and his wife can get leave from this work because Saturday-Sunday almost all students are going to their home. The market for Jitubhai Tiffinwala are mainly the students living in hostels nearby. ENVIRONMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE The Jitubhai Tiffinwala is located nearer to the college students hostel. His USP is that they are operating their services through massages also like if anyone wants to know about the menu they can massage him and get the detailed menu for the particular days lunch or dinner. Jitubhai Tiffinwala is famous among the students and also in the area where he operates but he has very large competitors nearby. Firm achieves very high service performance with a low-cost and very simple operating system. Food prepared early morning gets spoiled or wont be hot till lunch time. But Jitubhai Tiffinwala will provide hot & fresh healthy food on our daily lunch and dinner time.
