    1. References: a) Circular Nr 1 GHQ dated 04 March 2002 regarding AFP Scholarship and other Similar Grants. b) PASB deliberation dated 20 March 2012 2. Per above references, the undersigned was one of the selected Officers to avail the AFP Scholarship Program under Section 22K, NDA to pursue Post Graduate course in Master in Human Resources Development/Management. Personal inquiry made to some prestigious University in Cebu City yield nothing exact on the particular course however, as per advise by some of the Dean of Graduate Schools which I made consultations recommends to take Master in Business Administration (MBA), Master in Business Management (MBM) or Master in Management major in Public Service Management ( MMPSM) for one of its majors has Human Resource Management or Personnel management which deals directly with Personnel administration and Managerial skills. 3. It is in this context that the undersigned solicit kind consideration to enrol in any one of the above courses. Attached is a copy of a school admission and course curriculum for ready reference. 4. For favourable consideration.
