I.

Introduction

MyBeccapedia.com is pleased to submit this proposal to NCS (Northern Computer Service). Founded in 2011 for an online portfolio for web site projects that are currently being worked on, and completed projects. MyBeccapedia.com is located in Woodruff, WI, and specializes in PC repair as well as new PC sales along with web programming. I propose to develop a completely custom, from scratch trifold pamphlet. The goal of this pamphlet is to bring the companys services and products that are available to local businesses and schools. I am looking forward to bringing my experience, creativity, and excellent organizational skills to this project. I am very driven to achieve the projects goals and to form a lasting relationship. I guarantee that I will work to the best of my abilities to make your tri-fold pamphlet a success. I want you the customer to be totally delighted with the end product. Needs/Problems
List the Identifying needs or problems to be addressed to reach target population:

NCS has been open two years; need to reach a wider client base. Have used local paper and radio, and the outcome was minimal. The problem to address target population is two very different demographics. The problems reaching surrounding populations will be travel time and scheduling.

Goals/Objectives
My desired goals and objectives to address the needs/problems stated above are:

Goal 1: To make the pamphlet not only eye appealing but easy to read and to the point. Goal 2: To place the pamphlet in high traffic areas that target demographics frequent. Goal 3: Networking with different business owners and town offices to speak at meetings or just placement of pamphlets.

IV.

Scope of Work
The first step in this process will be to research the most successful marketing pamphlets, and the reasons why they were successful. The next step would be to talk with and consult with people in like demographic. The final step will be to coordinate times and places to attend local meetings to educate future consumers about your products and services.

Decide on the layout of pamphlet Design theme, look and feel, template selection, Fonts etc. Finalization pamphlets, layout, and all final preparations for construction Client view and approval

Phase3
Receive content and submission of your pamphlet content, any photographs that you would like to include. The name of your web-site and any other contact information you would like to provide to the consumer. Incorporation of your material into your pamphlet. Including incorporating and creating your final pamphlet, as outlined above. Present your site to you for review and approval Have the final project sent to customers choice of printing company. Final payment 1/2 of the total cost

VI.

Budget
Please contact us for your specific situation. Payment can be made by two installments using Pay-pal for payment if you are happy with this proposal.

RECURRING FEEs There are no recurring fees with Proposal.

EXCLUSIONS This proposal does not cover: Any fees related to merchant accounts and online payment processing. The cost of printed pamphlets from vendor of customers choice.
