Royal seal of approval for church
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall met with some of the younger members of St Georges Church in Belfast during an hour-long visit yesterday afternoon. The Royal couple were met at the entrance to the church by First Minister Peter Robinson and Secretary of State Owen Paterson, as well as the Lord-Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast, Dame Mary Peters. Prince Charles had previously visited the church in 1991, when the building bore the scars of terrorist bomb attacks See pages 4 & 5

He said no one would be surprised over the claims made by the former Army intelligence officer. When we went into government, we were in no doubt what the background of the Sinn Fein leadership was. If theres someone thats
shaking their head and putting up their hands in surprise then theyre really out of touch, said Mr Robinson in an interview with UTV. We take the position that if people have committed crimes then theyre answerable, no matter what their position, and if theres evidence and its brought forward then its up to due process to determine, he said.
