BIE Academic year 2011-12 Online data capturing of the candidates appearing for ASE June 2012 ENR data (1st year Improvement and Nonimprovement, 2nd year failed candidates) and certain formulations for implementation purpose by the Students, Colleges Requested - Reg. --

The Board is resolved to formulate certain measures for online data capturing of the candidates appearing for ASE June 2012. Hence, you are requested to go through the details given hereunder and take every care while online data feeding under various categories for the best results of candidates (of both General & Vocational courses) data appearing for ASE June 2012 (i.e., ENR data of 1st year Improvement, Nonimprovement, 2nd year failed candidates, Bridge courses, Attendance Exemption, particulars of fee payment etc.,
The following 1st & 2nd year ENR data will be populated through CGG website www.bieap.cgg.gov.in

FIRST YEAR: ENR Data (General & Vocational): 1) IMPROVEMENT: The details of the passed candidates in all the subjects appeared in IPE March 2012 shall be populated College-wise, Group-wise with a check-box beside serial number of each candidate. The Principal of the college concerned shall has to tick the check-box appearing beside serial number of the candidate, if the candidate desires to appear for Improvement to be held in ASE June 2012. As a result, the check boxes appearing beside each subject will be enabled to facilitate the Principal to click the appropriate check boxes of the subjects in which the candidate is intending to appear for Improvement in ASE June 2012. The system will automatically display the examination fee payable by the candidate. The details will be exhibited (i.e., Examination fee paid Report and Nominal Roll) only after confirmation made by the Principal of the College concerned and by the Regional Inspection Officer of the concerned district subsequently. a) b) The examination fee for ASE June 2012 - Rs.240-00 The examination fee for improvement for each subject - Rs.100-00 (in addition to the Examination fee of Rs.240/- + ____ )

The total no. of candidates appearing for Improvement in ASE June 2012 and the total amount that has to be paid by the Principal of the College concerned to BIE, will be displayed at the end of ENR, on the last day due for fee payment. The Principal clicks submit button or otherwise automatically fee not paid candidates disappear. Fee paid and Fee not paid candidates lists available separately. 2) NON-IMPROVEMENT:

The details of the 1st year failed candidates in the failed subject(s) appeared in IPE March 2012 shall be populated College-wise, Group-wise with a check-box beside serial number of each candidate. The Principal of the College concerned has to tick the check-box appearing beside serial number of the candidate, if the candidate intends to appear for failed subject(s) for Non-Improvement to be held in ASE June 2012. The system will automatically display the examination fee amount of Rs.240/- (The candidate has to pay Rs.240/- irrespective of number of failed subject(s). The details will be exhibited (i.e., Examination fee paid Report and Nominal Roll) only after confirmation made by the Principal of the College concerned and by the Regional Inspection Officer of the concerned district subsequently. The total no. of candidates appearing for Non-Improvement in ASE June 2012 and the total amount that has to be paid by the Principal of the College concerned to BIE, will be displayed at the end of ENR, on the last day due for fee payment. SECOND YEAR: ENR Data (General & Vocational): The details of the 2nd year failed candidates in the failed subject(s) appeared in IPE March 2012 shall be populated College-wise, Group-wise with a check-box beside serial number of each candidate. The Principal of the College concerned shall has to tick the check-box appearing beside serial number of the candidate, if the candidate intends to appear for failed subject(s) of 1st year / 2nd year to be held in ASE June 2012. The system will automatically display the examination fee amount. The details will be exhibited (i.e., Examination fee paid Report and Nominal Roll) only after confirmation made by the Principal of the College concerned and by the Regional Inspection Officer of the concerned district subsequently. The total no. of candidates of 2nd year appearing in ASE June 2012 and the total amount that has to be paid by the Principal of the College concerned to BIE, will be displayed at the end of ENR, on the last day due for fee payment. A separate ENR for Bridge Course under General Stream will be available in CGG website i.e., www.bieap.cgg.gov.in The details of the 1st year / 2nd year failed candidates in the subject(s) appeared in IPE March 2012 shall be populated College-wise, Group-wise with a check-box beside serial number of each candidate. The Principal of the College concerned shall has to tick the check-box appears beside serial number of the candidate, if the candidate is intends to appear for 1st year / 2nd year failed subject for Bridge Course under General Stream to be held in ASE June 2012. a) b) c) Examn. fee for Bridge Course for BPC candidates appearing for Mathematics of 1st year

The details will be exhibited (i.e., Examination fee paid Report and Nominal Roll) only after confirmation made by the Principal of the College concerned and also by the Regional Inspection Officer of the concerned district subsequently. The total amount has to be paid by the Principal of the College concerned to BIE, will be displayed at the end of list of the total no. of candidates appearing for Bridge Course under General Stream for ASE June 2012. Service to make corrections of the FEE paid candidates by the Principal: Before the FEE confirmation made by the Principal through Bank transaction ID, corrections in the fee paid details of the individual candidates (either deletion or change in the number of subjects for improvement) can be done by this Online service available, within the Examination fee due dates prescribed by BIE. In this Service, the Principal can change the details by entering the candidates Regd.No. A report on corrections made will also be made available. ATTENDANCE EXEMPTION for General candidates under Category 5: The details of the candidates who were exempted from attendance permitted by BIE, are to be entered in a form of Nominal Roll. The same will be populated District-wise through CGG. The Principal of a Govt. / Aided College of the District concerned has to upload the Data + Image + Signature of such candidates, as and when candidate(s) approach the Principal concerned for appearing Attendance Exemption under General Stream for ASE June 2012. The Principal of the Govt. / Aided College of the District concerned shall have to enter the candidates SSC Regd.No. in the case of candidates appearing for the first time. If a candidate holds intermediate marks memo, the data will be entered basing on the previous Regd. No. of Intermediate Marks memo The details will be exhibited (i.e., Examination fee paid Report and Nominal Roll) only after confirmation made by the Principal of the College concerned and by the Regional Inspection Officer of the concerned district subsequently. The Examination fee of above candidates may be accepted from Govt. / Aided Colleges only. There is NO Online facility to other than ENR candidates of IPE March 2012. The Principals of the Colleges in the State are hereby directed to forward the details of such candidates (i.e., prior to IPE March 2012) through MNR (Manuscript Nominal Roll) along with Marks Memo, Fee particulars statement, Demand Draft, Eligibility Certificates, and other required documents if any, to be sent immediately to BIE (Head Office) through the RIO concerned, within the prescribed due dates of ASE June 2012. Otherwise, the Principal of the College concerned is solely held responsible for the consequences arising there on. Therefore, all the Principals of the Junior Colleges in the State are requested to follow the above instructions carefully and feed the data accordingly.
