A vote will be taken on the p:oDosed variance and the res~lts forwarded to the Zoning Department ana che =Jard of Zoning Adjustment (aZA). 2. Make plans nc~ :: attend the BZA public hearing on FRIDAY, FEaRUA~Y 13, at 1:00 P.M., City ~all in Council chambers - second floor. Unlike zoning applications, VARIANCE requests only get ONE hearing.
