The new owner/applicant, Buddy Allen/4 Knots, Inc. proposes to construct a 6 foot by 8 foot sign on Mt. Paran Road and a 10 foot by 15 foot sign on the 1-75 access THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERMITS ONE REAL ESTATE SIGN IN AN R-2 DISTRICT NOT TO EXCEED 6 SQUARE FEET, OR 2 FE~BY 3 FEET. YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION OPPOSES VARIANCE APPLICATION #V-87-6:

DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE ZONING BY THE CITY OF ATLANTA.

(Residents of this area are automatically me~Ders of NPU-A.) A vote will be taken on the p:oDosed variance and the res~lts forwarded to the Zoning Department ana che =Jard of Zoning Adjustment (aZA). 2. Make plans nc~ :: attend the BZA public hearing on FRIDAY, FEaRUA~Y 13, at 1:00 P.M., City ~all in Council chambers - second floor. Unlike zoning applications, VARIANCE requests only get ONE hearing.
