Affidavit of Survivorship

State of California County of Marin I James Smith, residing at 8 Hayes St, San Rafael, California 94901, being of legal age, depose and say that: 1. On January 12, 1982, by Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book/Volume 314-23, Page 199, of the Marin County records as document number 23 ('the Deed'), the Affiant and Jim Grand become owners of the following legally described property: The Downtown Bakery Shop 2. Affiant and Jim Grand own the property in joint tenancy with right of survivorship. 3. On February 01, 2012, Jim Grand, died, thereby terminating Jim Grands interest in the abovedescribed real property. A certified copy of the death certificate of Jim Grand is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Oath or Affirmation I certify under penalty of perjury under California law that I know the contents of this affidavit signed by me and that the statements are true and correct.
