The meeting starts with a discussion about the role of the tutor within the Young
beneficiaries group. The FR PS underlines the importance to have a tutor in order to
insure an effective pedagogical result.
What is an effective result at this level of the project?
Starting from the point that the young beneficiaries group will use the podcast as main
mobile learning tool, the podcast as learning tool need to be guided by a vis a vis
learning process. To reach this objective, Cayla argues that is fundamental that the
whole PSs plan to have a tutor to give support to the young beneficiaries group in
their learning process.
The Bonaiuti thinks it is not too simple to adapt the project to the FR proposal. The
problem is a budget problem, a PS competence and relationship with this issues.
Ranieri believes that in order to guarantee the educative process we have to find a
solution that it goes on the French proposal.
Bonaiuti thinks it is not completely possible to adapt the project to the useful proposal
of the FR PS. His main preoccupation is a financial problem.
Boscolo argues that even if the role of the tutor is extremely important, the Prato
budget does not cover the salary of a tutor. Sardi said that in her opinion there is also a

critical point about the timetable. Actually, the municipality of Prato PS within
ENSEMBLE is represented by the immigration and informative sector. It is not so
simple To include the schools and teacher of secondary and high educative institution
in Prato in this phase of the project.
Bonaiuti asks to explain if the target group of the project is not represented by migrant
population, but by a whole class of students, the objective of the ENSEMBLE project
it has been completely modify. He is afraid of European Commission evaluation and
to respect the coherence of the framework project.
Ranieri underline that in her experience of education, the role of a tutor, especially in
problematic classes (drop – out) it is fundamental in order to reach an effective
learning level.
Fini share his point of view with all PSS about the methodology to create the learning
environment and how to fit the tutor in the mobile learning process. His point of view
reflect his uncertainty to add a relevant, but not foreseen change in the project it will
complicate the whole structure of the project.
Mellini propose that the whole Partnership group should have a diverse
communicative methodology in order to reach the objective of the meeting. She
believes it is important to respect doubts and requests of Prato Municipality and at the
same time to accept the French proposal, in accordance with each new sector of
Yvelines and Prato Municipality (referring the target group) that will be involved in
ENSEMBLE project in the next period of time. She says it is important to respect the
first project proposal and to understand completely Bonaiuti and Fin’s concern about
real chance to modify activities, target and time table of ENSEMBLE project.

To conclude:
French Ps will include 3 secondary classes in the project in order to have 100 students
The message of SMS and IPOD have to be deeply communicative and mediate in
order to describe one issue through two point of view and relatively approaches (adult
population and young population)
The PS decide to work separately in order to be more effective. The two groups will
manage the above issues:
1 Technological tools, software and elearning platform;
2 Content and module subjects.
