This class is for ALL LEVELS! de-stress, and enjoy a whole spectrum relaxation experience this class is for you! Research has proven time and time again that most injuries occur while performing activities we do each day. However, one slip or awkward bend with a weak support structure can cause major injury. The first 30 minutes places an emphasis on the core muscles to challenge the deepest muscle layers. Followed by various stretches and timed relaxation.
