JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Modeling of equipment using PDMS. Modeling of piping using PDMS. Providing tie in point co-ordinates to the pipeline department Checking of Isometrics and G.A Drawings. Modeling of Cap, Doubler, Gusset, Stiffener Plates. Extraction of Isometrics and G.A Drawings in PDMS. Placing of FIELDS in the Spooler. Performing Data Consistency & Clash Checks. Creation of reports in piping and isodraft. Extraction of MTO report at different stages of project for procurement dept. Calculation of expansion loops. Preparation of Spool Drawings using Spooler. ORGANISATION PROFILE SRAAC is south Indias leading Chloro-Alkali industry, with a certification of ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, in the production of Caustic and Chlorine with a turnover of 350 and 310 MT/DAY. And also producing various products like Hydro Chloric Acid, Potassium carbonate, Barium sulphate. It is also having its own 26.44 MW CO-GENERATION POWER PLANT.
