Little Theatre
The Little Theatre is an intimate, octagonal reception room of stunning elegance. With its gleaming marble facade and promenade, charming balcony, and jeweled art deco light fixtures, it creates the perfect setting for a wedding reception.
Seating: Up to 225 | Cocktail Reception: Up to 275 Rental with Standard Chairs: $2,200 Rental with up to 150 Gold Versailles Chairs: $3,085
(Additional Gold Versailles Chairs available for rental at $6/each)

Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is a beautiful contemporary space which subtly pays tribute to Kansas City being the City of Fountains. The Ballroom can be divided into four sections to accommodate any size event. Highlights of this amazing space include a 38 foot wall with panoramic view of Kansas City and lighting panels around the room which can be set to your wedding colors.
Seating (Sections C & D): Recommended for 200-700 Guests. Rental (Sections C & D): $3,575/per day
Great Hall
Located on the third floor of the Conference Center, The Great Hall is a beautiful and contemporary space which features lighting fixtures that are part of the One Percent For Art Project. The lobby offers a great view that is perfect for your cocktail hour or a small wedding ceremony.
Seating: Recommended for 150-700 | Rental: $2,800 Friday night & Non-Peak Month Pricing: $2,400/per day (Non-Peak months include: January, February, and December)

Insurance for your wedding reception will be provided by your caterer. The Convention Center has security on-site. You may be required to hire additional security under special circumstances.
Set-up Time:
On the day of your wedding reception, you have access to the space beginning at 8am. An Event Coordinator will be on-site to meet your vendors.
Table Linens:
The Convention Center does not provide linens. Typically, the caterer or your florist will secure the linens. The Convention Center can provide black table skirts for your head table, gift table, and guest book table upon request (not applicable for round tables.)
If your reception requires a dance floor, there will be an additional expense. The Little Theatre does not require a dance floor. Ceremonies may also be held at the Convention Center. Additional charges will apply if the room requires a reset between the ceremony and the reception or if your ceremony requires an additional space. A bridal room will be complimentary.
Parking:
Downtown parking lots are operated independently of the Convention Center. The Convention Center can provide contact information if you want to pre-pay for your guests or offer valet service.
