That I reside at 440 Montgomery St., San Francisco, California 94103, my telephone number is (415) 745-1545 and I am friend of Peter R. Olsen, 123 Main St., Mill Valley, California 94941. 2. That I am giving or have given Peter R. Olsen a 2009 Schessinger racing Yacht with a market value of $450,000. 3. This is an outright gift, with no repayment expected or implied either in the form of cash or by future services. 4. There are no side deals or other terms, conditions, understandings or agreements either verbal or written between Peter R. Olsen, myself or any other party concerning the Gift as identified above. 5. That the date of transfer of the gift is May 16, 2012. The undersigned certifies that the information and statements in this affidavit are true and complete.
