Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years experience in construction estimation and scheduling. (Work experience related to hydropower systems, power distribution systems, hydrocarbon power generation, and substations). SUMMARY: Scheduler / Cost Estimator provides technical assistance, technical support, and other collaboration for the planning, coordination and implementation of engineering and construction activities and is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of accurate, standardized estimates and applicable timelines for various construction projects. Additionally, coordinates and monitors all project activities and expenditures as it relates to the estimate and project time line. This position will last between 3 to 5 years. QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

JOB TITLE: Project Manager (Structural) Structural engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager for its Kansas City office. Firm has a reputation for excellence and has been involved in some of the most notable building projects in the area. LOCATION: Kansas City, MO EDUCATION: Possess a minimum of a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must be a registered (PE) professional engineer, have design experience and be detail oriented with excellent project communication skills. Need to have at least 10 years of professional engineering experience. DUTIES: Structural Engineer to serve as a project manager and design engineer on projects of varying size and type. Projects can include: educational facilities, hospitals, office buildings, parking garages, retail stores and government facilities. Job duties include structural design, project management, interaction with clients, job-site visits. The candidate will be a project manager, but must be able to design as well as oversee the project. The candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules and budgets.
