Only one cabin upgrade is permissible e.g. Business to First Class and Business to First Class Only if the flight does not operate Business class is a double upgrade between Economy and First is eligible. 3. Upgrades are only permissible on Emirates flights and not on code-share flights. 4. A revenue Saver or Flex Fare type ticket has to be issued prior to the upgrade being requested. 5. Upgrade reward requests have to be made at least 6 hours prior to departure. 6. Upgrades requested between 24 hrs. and 6 hrs. before departure will not be eligible for chauffer drive nor special meal services. 7. Upgrade reward seats have to be available on the same flight and same date as the confirmed ticket held by the member. However, a ticket number or a copy of the ticket must be provided prior to processing the upgrade. 8. Reward upgrades are eligible only on ticket documents that begin with 176 and are on flights marketed and operated by Emirates. Also, only e-tickets are eligible for reward upgrades. Paper tickets will charged the Saver Fare Miles. 9. Infants accompanied by an adult can be upgraded to higher cabin using Skywards Miles. 10. Upgrade rewards validity is the same as per the ticket 11. No cancellation fees applicable for un-utilised upgrades. However, expired miles will not be re-instated. 12. Instant upgrades can be requested by Gold & Silver members at check-in at the Airport and on board for Emirates flights only. Terms and conditions apply. 13. Skysurfers upgrade rewards require parent/guardian signatures, and can only be processed via a Skywards Service Centre 14. Travel date changes have to be manually processed via the Emirates Reservation Office or Skywards Service Centre. 15. Redemption tickets, AD/ID tickets, staff and rebate tickets are not eligible for upgrades. 16. When processing a reward upgrade online, all passengers on the booking will have to be upgraded and miles to be deducted from one individual account. Should you need to upgrade selected passengers using miles from separate accounts, please contact your nearest Emirates Reservation Office or Skywards Service Centre to process your request.
