ABOUT GL O B AL T AL E N T T R AC K (GTT) GT Ts objective is employability enhancement by bridging the gap between Academia and the Industry by taking inputs fro m the i n d u s t r y e xp er ts and train students on vocational skills that will help them get adequately skilled, and more readily employable. Built on a mode l of facilitated learning which uses technology extensively to pr ovide quality with scale, the focus is on designing and delivering content by taking inputs from industry experts. With over a 10,000 candidates trained over the last one year across industry verticals like IT , BPO & BFSI our clients count among some of the worlds most admired & respected companies. GTT is also the Training partner to the Governments o f Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh. GTT also partners several academic instituti ons like Punjab InfoTech, Maharashtra Knowledge Cor poration Ltd, Rajasthan Knowledge Cor poration Limi ted (RKCL), and Sharada University etc for assessing their Students o n industry-readiness and imparting training in respective domains. Over a period GTT has thus specialized in training in areas like Software Engineering, Java, Networking & Infrastructure Mgt, Systems support, Insurance, Fina nce and Accounting etc. GTT has also associated with the Shanghai Municipal Corporation Baoshan Distt, China and Ministry of Education & Asia e University at Malaysia for employable skills development. Head quartered i n Pune, GTT has PAN India presence, o p e r a t i n g out of 15 states through network of its own centres as well as franchises centres. Some of the locations are Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Nagpur, Ahmednagar, Mangalore, Ahmedabad, Chennai etc. W ith expert in-house faculty and infrastructure, the plan is to expand in the next 3 years to set up around 500 centres across the country. GTT has the able support of Intel Capital and Helion Ve ntures to boost its e xpansion plans and to pr ovide strategic advantage. Client Profile: An American information technology corporation, that develops, sells and supports computers and related products and services. The company is one of the largest technological corporations in the world, employing more than 103,300 people worldwide. The company is listed within 50 in the Fortune 500 list. Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech , M.C.A & B.Sc. candidates of 2012 Batch. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Note :- Candidates of 2011 batch can apply ,if they are interested. Job Location: Hyderabad. Job Profile: Technical Support Associate. Compensation: CTC will be Rs.2.24 lakh per annum.

Proposed Engagement Model: GTT has mandate to provide trained manpower to the top Multinational IT Companies in various domains including Networking & Infrastructure services & development & remote desktop management at various locations across the country. A similar association has been successfully executed across all the GTT centres with our IT clients. With the past track record of GTT, we have offered placements to more than 1200 students trained by GTT for our top IT clients. The current proposal is as per the mandate from the leading IT companies. The aim is to carry forward the student advantage by associating with colleges for building a talent pool of Industry ready candidates. Campus Recruitment Drive Process :

GTT shall coordinate the entire process for the successful achievement of the objectives agreed upon with the identified college/institution as well as with the company. GTT shall all times ensure to provide services on "best effort basis" to the students.
