Flores] To the Honorable Richard Seeborg, Judge of United States District Court for the Northern District of California: This letter follows my March3rd, 2012, request for a rehearing on the motion to withdrawal as counsel for plaintff, which was brought by Kaye Scholer LLC, former counsel for plaintiff in this case, and was granted on April 3rd, 2012, less than 16 days after the motion was filed. It pertains to additional information, which is proffered for your continued consideration of my request that a hearing be held on this matter, and in no less than 35 days after noticing, as prescribed by Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 7-2(a). Enclosed is a copy of the letter from Kaye Scholer LLP, noticing the aforedescribed motion. Although Kaye Scholer LLP was always timely provided with my current home address, they sent both the letter and the related motion papers to an old address, which was not even current at the time Kaye Scholer LLP was appointed counsel in this case. As a result, none of the requisite notices were received. Consequently, I would like to add improper noticing to the reasons why the order granting Kaye Scholer LLPs motion to withdrawal as counsel for plaintiff should be vacated, and a hearing be calendared within 35 days, to the previous letter.
