We hope you are doing well in your studies. The studies you are doing are with a purpose of appearing for examinations and successfully attempting them with excellent performance. This mail shall help you understand examination procedures and schedule to be implemented with immediate effect, Examinations shall be conducted as per the following if you wish to appear for examinations shall have to choose any one of these dates, schedule,

1) 1st to 10th January, 11th to 20th January & 21st to 30th January (Last date of January Session form submission is October-1st to 31st) 2) 1 to 10 April, 11 to 20th April & 21 April to 30 April (Last date of April Session form submission is January-1st to 31st) 3) 1 to 10 July, 11 July to 20th July & 21 July to 30 July (Last date of July session form submission April-1st to 31st) 4) 1 to 10 October, 11 to 20th October & 21 to 30 October (Last date of October session form submission is July-1st to 31st) so on and so forth. If you are failed to send your request on time then you are requested to send your demand form for next session, Kindly make sure that your exam demand form will not be accepted at any circumstances if you failed to submit on time and to be sent only on exam@iibms.net Once you decide to make an examination request, shall have to confirm the date for examination at least twenty five working days in advance from particular session ,(for instance send request for January 2012 Examination between 1st October to 30th ) Thus, on receiving question papers you shall have to attempt the papers within stipulated time; making late submission shall be liable to submit Rs.200/- per day delay charge for a maximum period of eight days. The examination shall stand cancelled if the answers are not received up to eight extra days time. Subsequently, shall have to apply for re-examination. The re-examination charges shall be Rs. 500/- per paper and the delay charge of Rs.1600/- shall also be charged, (for example reexamination of three subjects fees to be paid will be: 1600 + 500 x 3 = 3100). This is to inform you beforehand so that you avoid late submission of answer sheets. The examination application form is available with the branches and should be submitted on exam@iibms.net only, Any queries pertaining to examination papers shall be entertained only by e-mail on exam@iibms.net or examquery@iibms.net and you are advised not to take the word of any representative as to be sufficient for query resolution, Submission of handwritten answer sheets is compulsory, this schedule and these instructions shall be applicable with immediate effect.
