Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of all individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions or gifts to Women on the Road to the Senate: 12 and Counting Washington, D.C. are not tax deductible. Paid for by Women on the Road to the Senate: 12 and Counting Washington, D.C., a joint fundraising committee authorized by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Klobuchar for Minnesota 2012, Feinstein for Senate, Gillibrand for Senate, Friends of Maria, Tammy Baldwin for Senate, Berkley for Senate and Friends of Mazie Hirono. Each contribution from a person shall be allocated sixty percent to the DSCC and forty percent to be divided evenly among the Candidate Committees. Each contribution from a multicandidate committee shall be allocated sixty percent to the DSCC and forty percent to be divided evenly among Klobuchar for Minnesota 2012, Feinstein for Senate, Gillibrand for Senate, Tammy Baldwin for Senate, Berkley for Senate and Friends of Mazie Hirono. Friends of Maria does not accept contributions from multicandidate committees. The rst $2,500/$5,000 of a person/ multicandidate committees contribution to each candidate committee will be considered designated for the primary election, and the second $2,500/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
