e take a careful approach to the way we conduct business at Mutual Savings Credit Union. This method helps us avoid mistakes and prevent mismanagement of your trust. To make sure that were fully protecting the privacy and information of our members, MSCU is proud to announce the addition of two new services. CheckProtect improves the delivery of your check orders by utilizing tamper-evident packaging. Your deliveries can be tracked online to make sure your check deliver isnt interrupted. The value of FraudNet lies in this services ability to warn you of any suspicious activity from your MSCU online bill pay account. A FraudNet representative will stop the theft immediately and alert you to the problem. We provide this protection so that you can enjoy the more important things in life. ith the addition of FraudNet, your bill pay activity is monitored for suspicious activity and you dont have to lift a finger! A fraud specialist will monitor your account for questionable transactions that dont fit your normal pattern. If a concern is raised, the fraud specialist will contact you on behalf of Mutual Savings Credit Union to inquire about any suspicious bill pay activity. The fraud specialist will ask members to verify their name and address but will not ask for social security numbers over the phone.

The FraudNet feature has been added at no charge to your online bill pay service. Online bill pay has always made your life easier and now you can be even more confident in MSCUs ability to protect you from fraud.

Members that have a Mutual Savings checking account can now rest easy knowing the delivery of their check orders receives the same level of protection. Through our check provider, Harland Clarke, MSCU check orders can now be tracked online and shipped in tamper-evident packaging with CheckProtect. With CheckProtect, details of your order are available at anytime online and your checks will be protected against tampering and the weather during delivery. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CHECKPROTECT?

Check orders can now be tracked online, from the origin of delivery to the arrival at its destination. Your order now arrives in a special packaging that protects your checks from the weather. The special packaging used to ship your order will guard against tampering and safely conceal your information. The CheckProtect delivery system is faster than nontrackable standard mail and should arrive within approximately 6 business days. CheckProtect provides additional peace of mind for MSCU members.
